Refund Policy

 

Refund policy good for 30 days of receipt. If you return the clamshell design mouth-wear case and all unopened packages of the tension bands and foam cushions you will receive a refund. You may discard the Flexaway System unit, since we do not re-package or re-sell a tried unit. Please note: We cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy: Once received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may require an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.
