I ordered Flexaway on February 28, 2011 and received it on March 4, 2011. I charged it to my MasterCard in the amount $56.35. I used it every day and loved it! Then around the end of June it started to tear in the corner. I was still able to use it but the tear became more pronounced. Then I noticed a small tear on the other side. It is now nearly impossible to use it the manner in which it was intended.
I had also ordered another product called Facial Flex 2 years earlier back in 2009. I used it up until I received Flexaway. I liked Flexaway much more and got much better results. The Facial Flex has never broken or malfunctioned but I just do not like using it as much. The results you get with your product are far superior. I would like to get another Flexaway but as I said I shelled out $56.35 on February 28th. I would have emailed you sooner when I first noticed the problem but a serious accident involving my son on Sunday, July 3rd made facial exercising and even physical exercising a very low priority. I love your product and would like to start back using Flexaway. Please let me know if you can be of any assistance.

There's a subject that I've been tempted to address for some time but only after checking the pages of ads for "facial exercises" on Google recently did I finally give myself permission to "go there." I was astounded by the number of DVDs being offered that not only make phony claims but worse by far is that many of the exercises they are peddling will cause permanent damage to the skin by repetitive stretching. Instead of removing wrinkles, the result you are more likely to get is more wrinkles along with sagging skin in the front of the neck. One of the face exercises calls for the mouth to be opened as wide as possible and kept open while counting to 25 or whatever. I can only imagine what I would look like had I been doing this day after day, year after year!
Probably the most unique and beneficial feature of the Flexaway System is that it applies dynamic resistance without a great deal of facial movement. The little movement involved is mainly from the powerful orbicularis oris muscle surrounding the mouth which allows the skin to move with it instead of being torn loose from its underpinnings which occurs when the skin is held stationary while the underlying muscle is forced to move.
You probably are wondering how a facial exercise can be effective with less rather more movement. The best way to answer that is by using the example of weightlifting and pushups, where motion is confined to specific areas but the entire body is radically affected due to tension. However, facial exercise differs from body exercise because of the many tiny muscle networks that give expression to the face.
These tiny muscles must be coaxed along instead of being overwhelmed by the more powerful ones.
The morale here is that, like everything else, you can get too much of a good thing.
