long before I can expect results?
Improvement
will be apparent by the end of the second week, and
will progress (not necessarily at a steady rate)
for at least six months. It is impossible not to
get results if you do your part
diligently.

What happens if a rubber band breaks while in use?
You will feel nothing except the slackening of the normal tension. Just slip on a new band and continue.

Can I get quicker results by exceeding the suggested regimen?
It's OK to
exceed the number of sessions but limit the count
per session to no more than what is called for in
the instructions.

Are there pitfalls to look out for?
Make sure you read the directions carefully before you begin, both on video and in text form. Don't try to guess at how the system works.
